5% Bleach facts:
Bleach 5% is a conventional bleach that contains, at the time of its production, 5% available chlorine.
Bleach has a four-point action plan. It disinfects, bleaches, deodorizes, and sanitizes.
Because household bleach contains 5–6% sodium hypochlorite, a 1:10 (v/v) dilution of bleach to liquid biological waste is recommended.
